Fitness for women can be challenging. Women are different from men, thus fitness for women is different than fitness for men. The problem is that you never can tell what routines were created with women in mind and what data was discovered with results focusing on gender. I intend to solve this problem.
Generally speaking: women are shorter than men, average about 9 billion more fat cells, live longer , average about 70% muscle mass of men, have a harder time gaining muscle mass, and have different levels of hormones than men. Depending upon your fitness goal, your path may be an uphill battle.
