Fitness at 60 isn't an easy task. Not only do you have a lifetime of choices weighing in on your body, but you likely have a much different schedule and ability to workout than the young crowd. However, it's never too late. Fitness at 60 is possible. Fitness at any age is possible.

How can I attain fitness at 60, you ask?

One thing you must understand is it's not age that is forcing you to take it easy, it's taking it easy that's causing your age to be debilitating. By 60, you've begun to pay for your lifestyle. You need to start to take back your ability to exercise. You also need to make sure you don't go overboard. An injury at this stage could put fitness on the back-burner indefinitely.

Fitness at 60 may be a challenge, but it's possible and it's worth it.
